the  auxiliary  of  mission  granbury  newsletter  august 2010

By Pat Tyler, Editor

We're kind of combining two issues this time—similar to some of the magazines in the summer time. So, do take a look at all the pages listed on the menu on the left side of the page. You should find some things you will enjoy and perhaps receive some needed information too.

On these pages, you will see a story of Ector County Librarians getting involved with the ACC kids—See ACC News. There are more pictures taken during Camp Carey. I want to thank Shelba Stover, Ada Carey Center Shelter Operation Manager, for taking the time to locate and send the pictures taken at Camp Carey last June. Those are the pictures that are included in this issue of the Messenger. The pictures were taken by Pat Herndon, Laurie Barton, and Shelba for the record and enjoyment of all who are interested in the ACC. See More Camp Carey.

The ACC Wish List has been trimmed this time, not because the other needs have been fulfilled, but to focus on just two. Please see the ACC Wish List page to learn of these two important needs. We have some news and needs of the Food Pantry, be sure and take a look, we give honorable mention to one of our members who is an extraordinary, volunteer. Some Computer Tips, and the minutes of the July meeting.

As if that weren't enough, we have minutes of the August meeting, and a little story and some pictures taken at our recent Leadership Conference conducted by Reveal Ministeries. Listed as Reveal on the menu.

There's a lot of information, but it will only take a few minutes to read the whole thing. I wish you well, and hope to see everyone at our next meeting on September 13th.
